Everything people ask before they order
What does a plaque cost?
Each plaque is custom-made, so it depends on how long your feature runs and which material you choose. Most land between $199 and $399, and desk-sized minis start lower. Call (727) 686-2235 and we'll price your exact piece on the spot.
Will I see a preview before I order?
Yes. Your sales rep sends a digital mock-up showing the exact artwork, layout and engraving. Nothing is produced until you approve it.
How long does it take?
Standard production and shipping is 7 to 10 days once payment is received. If you have a hard deadline — an awards dinner, a grand opening — tell us and we'll tell you honestly whether we can make it.
How big will my plaque be?
Sizes are set by the artwork. A single magazine page is a 12×16, a page with a profile under it runs 12×20, a two-page spread is a 22×16, and the largest standard size is 22×40. Custom dimensions are available on any order.
What are the plaques made of, and how do I hang one?
Acrylic — ¼″ thick, mounted on polished wall stand-offs.
Wood — ¾″ thick, with keyhole slots routed into the back.
Metal aluminum — 1mm, mounted on wall floats.
All three include the engraved personalized plate, the mounting hardware and a lifetime guarantee on the build.
What's your return policy?
All claims must be reported within 7 calendar days of delivery. Manufacturer errors and damage in transit are repaired, replaced or remade at no cost. Discretionary returns (full-price plaques in original condition) are accepted at the customer's expense, with a full refund once received.
One thing to know up front: you have 3 days to reply to your digital proof. After that it's treated as approved as presented, and we can't remake a plaque for something that was on the proof you approved. Full details in the Return & Proof Approval Policy.
Do you offer a discount on multiple plaques?
We do work with customers ordering more than one plaque, or older articles alongside a current award. Call (727) 686-2235 and we'll put together a number that works for your budget.
Do you work with the magazine that featured me?
Sometimes, and we'll tell you when we do. We partner directly with some publications and award programs on their recognition pieces. Where no partnership is in place, we're working for you, not for them — we're a plaque company, not the magazine's sales desk. Either way, nothing gets made except what you ask us to make.
